Weekly Letter – March 19, 2017

Dear Friends:

It’s hard to believe that this is already the Third Sunday of Lent.  So we are only three weeks from the beginning of Holy Week!  Now is a good time to ask ourselves if we have kept our Lenten goals.  We should also ask ourselves if we have dedicated aspects of our lives to prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.  If we need to start over that’s ok.  Some may have never started in the first place.  It’s not too late to have a meaningful Lent!

Weekly Letter – March 12

Dear Friends:

In a recent bulletin letter, I shared that Miss Lisa Smith, our school principal resigned so that she could focus her time and energy on family health issues.  Since then, some exciting new developments have happened.  Below are excerpts from the written communication I provided the parents and others.  I share the information in writing so that everyone would remain on the same page.  Soon, I want to begin and involve the parish community as a whole.  But here is where we are at right now… again, here are the pertinent excerpts:
